យោងតាមសេចក្តីប្រកាសព័ត៌មានរបស់ក្រសួងការពារជាតិនៅថ្ងៃសៅរ៍ ទី៦ ខែមិថុនា ឆ្នាំ២០២៦ បានឲ្យដឹងថា វេលាម៉ោង ១១:១២នាទីព្រឹក ក្រុមអ្នកសម្របសម្រួល (CLG) នៃព្រះរាជាណាចក្រកម្ពុជា បានសម្របសម្រួលជូនក្រុមអ្នកសង្កេតការណ៍អាស៊ាន (AOT) ដឹកនាំដោយប្រធានបេសកកម្មក្រុមអ្នកសង្កេតការណ៍អាស៊ាន (HOM AOT) ហ្វីលីពីន ដើម្បីចុះសង្កេតការណ៍ ផ្ទៀងផ្ទាត់ និងរាយការណ៍អំពីស្ថានភាពព្រំដែននៅតំបន់អូរភ្លុកដំរី ស្ថិតក្នុងឃុំថ្មដា ស្រុកវាលវែង ខេត្តពោធិ៍សាត់ ដែលជាទីតាំងរងការវាយប្រហារ និងកំពុងកាន់កាប់ដោយខុសច្បាប់របស់យោធាថៃ និងពិនិត្យលើការគោរព និងការអនុវត្តវិធានការទាំងអស់ក្នុងសេចក្តីប្រកាសរួមក្រោយបទឈប់បាញ់ចូលជាធរមានផងដែរ។
កម្ពុជាសូមបញ្ជាក់ជាថ្មីថា កម្ពុជាមិនទទួលស្គាល់នូវការកែប្រែខ្សែព្រំដែនតាមរយៈការប្រើប្រាស់កម្លាំងដាច់ខាត ឬការទាមទារទឹកដីជាឯកតោភាគីដោយប្រទេសថៃនោះទេ ហើយសកម្មភាពដូចបានរៀបរាប់ខាងលើនឹងមិនធ្វើឱ្យប៉ះពាល់ដល់សិទ្ធិស្របច្បាប់ ឬជំហររបស់ព្រះរាជាណាចក្រកម្ពុជា ទាក់ទងនឹងព្រំដែនអន្តរជាតិរបស់ខ្លួននោះឡើយ។

The Spokeswoman of the Ministry of National Defence of the Kingdom of Cambodia, wishes to inform the public as well as members of national and international media as follows:
On Saturday, June 6, 2026, at 11:12 AM, the Cambodian Liaison Group (CLG) of the Kingdom of Cambodia facilitated the ASEAN Observer Team (AOT), led by the Head of Mission of the ASEAN Observer Team (HOM AOT) from the Philippines, to observe, verify, and report on the border situation in the O’Phlouk Damrei area in Thma Da Commune, Veal Veng District, Pursat Province, which has come under attack and is being illegally occupied by the Thai military, and to review compliance with and the implementation of all measures outlined in the Joint Statement after the ceasefire took effect.
Cambodia reiterates that it does not recognize any modification of the border line through the absolute use of force or unilateral territorial claims by Thailand, and underscores that the aforementioned actions shall not prejudice the legitimate rights or position of the Kingdom of Cambodia with respect to its international boundaries.
Cambodia calls on the Thai side to implement the Joint Statement of the Third Special Meeting of the General Border Committee (GBC) in a firm, complete, sincere, and effective manner, aiming to resolve the dispute peacefully in accordance with international law as well as existing treaties and agreements between the two countries, to restore mutual trust and promote peace and stability for our people for generations to come.
