ការទទួលស្វាគមន៍ប្រធានវិទ្យាស្ថានសិក្សាអន្តរជាតិនៃក្រសួងការបរទេសនៃសាធារណរដ្ឋប្រជាមានិតចិន (CIIS) មកកាន់វិទ្យាស្ថានជាតិការទូត និងទំនាក់ទំនងអន្តរជាតិនៃក្រសួងការបរទេស និងសហប្រតិបត្តិការអន្តរជាតិ

ឯកឧត្តមបណ្ឌិត អ៊ុន ឃាង រដ្ឋលេខាធិការនៃក្រសួងការបរទេស និងសហប្រតិបត្តិការអន្តរជាតិ បានអញ្ជើញជាអធិបតីក្នុងពិធីបើកកិច្ចពិភាក្សាលើប្រធានបទស្តីពី «ការទូតរបស់ប្រទេសចិនក្នុងយុគសម័យថ្មី៖ ទ្រឹស្តី និងការអនុវត្ត» នៅថ្ងៃទី២០ ខែឧសភា ឆ្នាំ២០២៤ ដោយមានការចូលរួមពីវាគ្មិនជាច្រើនរូប រួមមាន លោកជំទាវ Chen BO ប្រធានវិទ្យាស្ថានសិក្សាអន្តរជាតិនៃក្រសួងការបរទេសនៃសាធារណរដ្ឋប្រជាមានិតចិន (CIIS) និងអ្នកជំនាញរបស់ CIIS ៣ រូបផ្សេងទៀត។ វេទិកាពិភាក្សានេះ ត្រូវបានរៀបចំឡើងដោយ NIDIR ដែលមានអ្នកចូលរួមប្រមាណ ១០០ នាក់ មកពីបណ្តាក្រសួង/ស្ថាប័នរដ្ឋ គ្រឹះស្ថានឧត្តមសិក្សា និងស្ថាប័នស្រាវជ្រាវនានា។ វាគ្មីននានាបានលើកយកមកពិភាក្សាអំពីការអភិវឌ្ឍសេដ្ឋកិច្ចសង្គមរបស់ចិន ក្នុងយុគសម័យថ្មី ដោយបង្ហាញពីគំនិតផ្តួចផ្តើមថ្មីៗរបស់ប្រទេសចិន រួមមាន គំនិតផ្តួចផ្តើមអភិវឌ្ឍន៍សកល(GDI) គំនិតផ្តួចផ្តើមអរិយធម៌សកល (GCI) និងគំនិតផ្តួចផ្តើមសន្តិសុខសកល(GSI) ដើម្បីកសាងសហគមន៍សកលដែលមានជោគវាសនារួម។ លើសពីនេះ វាគ្មិនក៏បានសង្កត់ធ្ងន់លើទំនាក់ទំនងដ៏ជិតស្និទ្ធរវាងកម្ពុជា-ចិន និងបានលើកឡើងថាចិនបានចាត់ទុកកម្ពុជាជាគំរូនៃទំនាក់ទំនងដ៏ល្អមួយ។

ជាមួយគ្នានេះដែរ ថ្នាក់ដឹកនាំ NIDIR និង CIIS ក៏មានជំនួបពិភាក្សាការងារទ្វេភាគីនៅពេលព្រឹក និងការពិសាអាហារការងារថ្ងៃត្រង់ ដឹកនាំដោយឯកឧត្តមបណ្ឌិត អ៊ុន ឃាង និងលោកជំទាវ Chen Bo។ ភាគីទាំងពីរបានពិភាក្សាពីកិច្ចសហប្រតិបត្តិការ និងលទ្ធភាពក្នុងការចុះហត្ថលេខាលើ MoU រវាងស្ថាប័នទាំងពីរ ក៏ដូចជាការដាក់ចេញនូវផែនការសកម្មភាពជាក់ស្តែង និងការធ្វើសកម្មភាពរួមគ្នាក្នុងការផ្លាស់ប្តូរការសិក្សា ការស្រាវជ្រាវ និងការបណ្តុះបណ្តាល។

His Excellency Dr. UN Kheang, Secretary of State of MFAIC, presided over the opening ceremony of a panel discussion on “China’s Diplomacy in the New Era: Theories and Practices” on 20 May 2024. Panelists include Her Excellency Chen Bo, President of the China Institute of International Studies (CIIS), Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the People’s Republic of China, and three other experts from CIIS. The discussion was organized by NIDIR and was attended by over 100 participants from MFAIC, line ministries, and institutions of higher education and think tanks. The main topic of discussion was on addressing China’s socio-economic developments and role in the New Era by highlighting China’s new initiatives, namely the Global Development Initiative (GDI), the Global Civilization Initiative (GCI), and the Global Security Initiative (GSI), to build a global community with a shared future. Furthermore, the panel also stressed the close and friendship relations between Cambodia-China and how China views Cambodia as a model for international relations.

On the sidelines, His Excellency Dr. UN Kheang and Her Excellency Chen Bo hold a bilateral meeting between NIDIR and CIIS on the same morning and during the working lunch. Both sides discussed cooperation, the possibility of signing an MOU between both institutions followed by a concrete work plan, and joint activities in areas of academic exchange, research, and training.
