សម្ដេចធិបតីមានប្រសាសន៍ថា ដើម្បីដោះស្រាយបញ្ហាទឹកលិច ជាពិសេសនៅរាជធានីភ្នំពេញ សម្ដេចធិបតី បានសម្រេចលើគម្រោង ដែលចំណាយថវិកាជាង៣០០លានដុល្លារ ដោយផ្ដោតលើមុខព្រួញ២៖

១. ការបញ្ចៀសទឹកជន់កុំឱ្យហូរពីតំបន់ខាងក្រៅចូលមកតំបន់ទីប្រជុំជនរាជធានីភ្នំពេញ
២. ការដោះស្រាយ និងកែលម្អប្រព័ន្ធលូរំដោះទឹកដែលមានស្រាប់ នៅក្នុងរាជធានីភ្នំពេញ ដោយរៀបចំការជីកលូ និងប្រឡាយរំដោះទឹក ការរៀបចំស្ដារប្រព័ន្ធលូ និងការរៀបចំបន្ថែម និងបង្កើនសមត្ថភាពស្ថានីយបូមទឹក។

Samdech Thipadei approved a project costing over 300 million dollars aimed at addressing flood issues in the capital city of Phnom Penh. The project targets two main objectives:
1. Redirecting floodwaters from the areas surrounding the capital city to prevent them from flowing into the downtown area.
2. Improving the existing drainage system in Phnom Penh through the excavation of sewage and drainage canals, the restoration of the sewage system, and the construction and enhancement of pumping station capacities.
